Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Sale and promotional items are excluded from this specific policy and remain subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Order Cancellation
We accept requests to cancel an order provided the items have not yet entered our processing workflow. If an order is cancelled prior to this stage, you will receive a full refund.
Regrettably, once items have been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
All returned items must be consolidated into a single return package.
The shipping service used for the return/exchange package must be the same as the logistics service used for the original shipment.
We only accept return or exchange requests originating from the same country/region to which the order was originally shipped; for example, if an order was shipped to the United States, the return package must also be shipped from the United States.
Customized items are non-returnable.
Regrettably, our return/exchange service is not free of charge (any applicable import duties and shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer).
Naturally, if an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may request a return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition.
If we decide to decline your request for a refund or exchange, we will notify you; at that time, you may elect to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.
How to Return a Single Item or an Entire Order?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process and provide the following information:
Order Number
Proof of Purchase
Video or photographs of the item(s) with the manufacturing defect
Step 2: Please place your original purchase receipt inside the original packaging box along with the item(s) you are returning.
Step 3: Please complete all three copies of the “Returns Pro-Forma Invoice.” Place all copies inside a transparent envelope and affix it to the exterior of the package (do not seal the package yet). These documents are mandatory for customs clearance purposes; therefore, it is essential that you complete and include all three copies. Step 4: Hand the package over to the courier. Once the courier has verified the returned items, please ensure that the package is securely sealed.
Refunds
In the event of a return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment account. Please note that shipping fees incurred for the return are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned package, it typically takes 14 days to process the return (processing times may vary depending on current volume). If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as your return request is approved, we will immediately process your refund and send you a confirmation email notification.
